Competencies / Skill Set desired:
• Candidate should have experience in Ground Engineering.
• Experience in Construction of Marine Structures (Jetty, Ports, Wharf, Breakwater & Dry Docks)
• Identification of Prospective clients
• Negotiations, design constraints, site feasibility, technical feasibility & deal conclusion.
• Coordination with design & execution team to obtain deliverables as committed.

• Timely submission of return filing of report with labor department.

• Responsible for demobilizing and mobilizing site office and accommodation facilities such as AC’s, air coolers, fans, cots, cupboards, wardrobes etc.

• Responsible for establishing contact with local vendors and landlords for ensuring timely requirements at site are in place.
• Site based / HQ staff monthly rent payment as well as administrative activities / HPC approvals for project sites.
