Educational Qualification
► Director: Ph.D. and Master’s Degree
► Chief Executive Officer: Ph.D. and Master’s Degree
► Deputy CEO: Ph.D., Master’s Degree & Engineering Degree
Essential Experience
► Director (Students Welfare):
• At least 10 years of teaching experience in University/ College as Assistant Professor or above along with experience in educational administration.
• Comparable experience in students related activities in institutions of higher education, such as NSS, students’ welfare, extra-curricular, extension, sports, national flagship programmes, etc.
• Good working knowledge of Rules & Regulations of Universities, Statutory Councils/ Bodies/ UGC/ AICTE/ MoE/ Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, etc.
• Preference will be given to candidates having qualifications in Health Sciences and experience in the educational institutes of Health Sciences.
Desirable:
• Familiarity with administrative practices, human resource management, statutory functions, and students’ activities.
• Experience in computer systems for information processing and retrieval.
• Proficiency in English language.
► Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship:
• At least 15 years of experience as Professor / Principal along with experience in educational administration
OR
• Research Scientist or Professional from the Industrial sector with a proven minimum aggregate industrial/ Entrepreneurial experience of 15 years in the process of establishment of an Enterprise/ Industry and formation and execution of collaborations/ linkages at National/ International level.
• Should have successfully executed two major research/ consultancy/ industrial projects out of which at least one should be a collaborative/ joint projects with linkages at premier National/ International University or Institution or Industry.
• Comparable experience in research, IPR, Patent, Copywrite and other related field in institutions of higher education.
• Good working knowledge of Rules & Regulations of Universities, Statutory Councils/ Bodies/ UGC/ AICTE/ MoE/ Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, etc.
• Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of Section 8 of Companies Act, 2013 and experience in the educational institutes of Health Sciences.
Desirable:
• Familiarity with administrative practices, human resource management, statutory functions, and academic activities.
• Experience in computer systems for information processing and retrieval.
• Proficiency in English language.
► Deputy CEO – Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship:
• At least 5 years of experience at a senior level in the management of Start-up eco-system or must have first-hand experience in establishing and running the Start-up eco-system/ experience in filing IPR, Patent, Copywrite etc. and other related field in institutions of higher education.
• Preference will be given to candidates having previous experience of leading and mentoring successful start-up or leading in entrepreneurial and ambitious organization with demonstrable success.
• Good working knowledge of Rules & Regulations of Universities, Statutory Councils/ Bodies/ UGC/ AICTE/ MoE/ Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, etc.
Desirable:
• Familiarity with administrative practices, human resource management, statutory functions, and academic activities.
• Experience in computer systems for information processing and retrieval.
• Proficiency in English language.
